Cookie policy
This policy supplements the Terms and conditions and the Privacy policy published on oozh.ge and is to be read together with them.
1. Who uses cookies
The website oozh.ge (the “website”) is operated by EMA PLUS SOLUTIONS SRL (Bucharest, Romania; Trade Register number J40/19757/2017, unique registration code 38540407), the controller of the data collected through cookies (“we”). Contact: +40 31 780 80 80, [email protected].
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores, through your browser, on your computer, phone or other device. It consists of a name and a value, has a set lifetime and, as a rule, can only be read by the server that created it. A cookie contains no program or virus and has no access to other information stored on your device.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser;
- persistent cookies remain on the device for a set period and are used on your next visits;
- first-party cookies are set by the website itself, third-party cookies by our partners (for example analytics and advertising services).
In this policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies such as the browser's local storage and pixels.
3. Why we use cookies and on what basis
We use cookies to run and secure the website, to remember your choices (language, recent searches), to analyse how the website is used and to measure the effectiveness of advertising.
Cookies that make it possible to identify you are personal data. We use strictly necessary cookies without your consent, because the website and the service you requested cannot work without them (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, Art. 5(1)(b) and (i)). We use all other cookies only with your prior consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); EU Directive 2002/58/EC and the Romanian legislation implementing it; Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, Art. 5(1)(a)).
4. Consent and its withdrawal
On your first visit we show you a notice about cookies. You can accept all cookies, refuse all non-essential cookies or choose by category which ones to allow. Refusing is as easy as accepting.
Until you make a choice, we store only strictly necessary cookies on your device. We keep your choice, including a refusal, for 6 months and then ask you again.
You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time, in the same way you gave it: with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page of the website. After withdrawal we no longer use cookies of the category concerned; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before. You can also delete stored cookies in your browser settings (section 8).
5. Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary: keep the website working: your account session, security (including additional confirmation for secure payment and fraud prevention), your chosen language and your saved cookie choice. They cannot be disabled.
- Functional: remember your recent searches and enable the support chat. Used only with your consent.
- Statistics: help us understand how the website is used (for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked) so that we can improve it. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing: measure the effectiveness of advertising, remember which ad or partner your visit came from and make personalised advertising possible. Identifiers obtained from these cookies may be passed to our advertising partners' platforms. Used only with your consent.
