We are dedicated to protecting and securing your personal data, preventing unauthorized access, use, modification or deletion. Card payments are made on the secure page of the payment provider, with 3D Secure confirmation from your bank.

oozh.ge accepts 2 payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard) on a secure payment page, and bank transfer. Prices and payments are in euros.

An online payment must be confirmed with a 3D Secure code, which your bank sends by SMS. If the code does not arrive or the payment is declined, contact the bank that issued your card. If your card is not in euros, the amount is converted at your bank's rate. You can also pay for your booking by bank transfer.

If the cancellation is made by the passenger, it can only be done in accordance with the rules of the airline operating the flight. For more information, contact us by phone, email or chat and an agent will give you the support you need.

Most airlines do not allow name changes, although there are exceptions.
